I'm now in charge of the activity days for the 10-11 year old girls in our ward, so we decided to do a service project a couple weeks before Christmas. We spent 2 hours at the church in the nursery and let anyone with small children drop them off to finish some last minute shopping. It went really well. One of the leaders helped the kids make snowmen from marshmallows, mini m&m's, candy corns, etc. I brought some papers for the kids to color and/or make cards out of. The other leader brought some frosting playdoh which the kids loved.
